Selection is conducted in three stages:
Written Examination
IMA, INA, AFA: Three papers (English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics)
OTA: Two papers (English, General Knowledge)
SSB Interview (Personality Test)
Two-stage selection process by Services Selection Board
Stage I: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests + Picture Perception & Description Test (PPDT)
Stage II: Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests, and Conference
Medical Examination
Candidates recommended by SSB must undergo medical tests at designated military hospitals.
