  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university or institution.

  • The degree must be in relevant engineering disciplines as per the post category:

    • Civil Engineering

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

  • Final year students awaiting results are eligible to apply but must present proof of qualification before the final interview.

The selection process for UPSC Engineering Services 2025 consists of three stages:

  1. Preliminary Examination (Stage I):

      • Paper II – Engineering Discipline-specific (300 Marks)
