For Engineering Internships: Questions may include theoretical concepts, practical applications, and problem-solving scenarios related to the candidate’s field of study (e.g., software coding, electrical circuits, robotics).
For Non-Technical Internships: For roles in marketing, business analytics, finance, etc., candidates may be asked questions regarding their knowledge of industry tools, techniques, and strategies.
Common Interview Formats:
One-on-One Interviews: A direct conversation with the interviewer to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
Panel Interviews: A group of interviewers (including HR and technical specialists) questioning the candidate on various aspects of the role.
Coding Challenges or Case Studies: For technical roles, companies may ask candidates to solve a coding problem in real time, or for business roles, solve a case study on market analysis or strategy.
